ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA BUDIDAYA IKAN LELE MUTIARA SISTEM BIOFLOK DAN NON BIOFLOK (Desa Kumbang Gajah, Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya)

Abstract

The fisheries sector is an important sector in Indonesia, one of the most popular commodities currently
favored by business actors in Indonesia itself is the type of pearl catfish, one of the villages that runs
the pearl catfish business, namely in Sumbang Gajah Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya
Regency. This type of pearl catfish has many properties and has a very soft texture and a delicious
taste that makes pearl catfish a very delicious food and contains high nutrition. Therefore, this
business needs to carry out a production process that can produce output value from a pearl catfish
cultivation business that is desired by business actors. The purpose of this study was to analyze pearl
catfish farming business actors in Sumbang Gajah Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya
Regency. The method used is quantitative, the financial feasibility criteria for catfish farming show a
net R/C ratio of 1.15 and 1.10. then the results of this study is Rp. 1,105,000. The B/C ratio of pearl
catfish farming is 1.9 > 1. Meanwhile, at the break even point value of pearl catfish farming with the
biofloc and non biofloc systems, it is feasible to run where the production of pearl catfish is 4,000 >
from a production cost of 3,900 kg, it can be concluded that pearl catfish farming business is feasible
to run, suggestions that pearl catfish farming business actors can develop this business need
cooperation with partners such as related agencies.
